Hoses made of vulcanized rubber are among the most durable and long-lasting types of watering hoses. They are produced through the process of rubber vulcanization, which gives the material exceptional strength and elasticity.
The main advantage of these hoses is their outstanding wear resistance and ability to operate under extreme conditions. They can withstand temperatures from –50°C to +100°C, making them suitable for use in both hot and cold weather. The material is resistant to UV radiation, oils, and various chemicals, and it retains its properties over time.
Vulcanized rubber has excellent elasticity, allowing the hoses to bend easily without kinking or twisting during use. They can withstand high water pressure without the risk of rupture or deformation. In addition, these hoses do not harden in freezing temperatures or become brittle, which significantly extends their service life.
They are odorless and much lighter than standard rubber hoses, thanks to the use of high-quality raw materials and the absence of fillers. The hoses feature a black inner layer, a black outer “Soft Touch” layer, and a yellow marker stripe.
